Project Description

The redevelopment of the Pacific Beach Hotel includes the addition of two dining options provided by world renowned chef Masuhara Morimoto. The first is a signature restaurant Morimoto Asia located on the second floor of the hotel and the second is a more casual dining eatery on the street level serving small plates for lunch and dinner including and includes a beer garden.

The Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa is undergoing a renovation of various spaces of their first and second level which includes creating retail tenant spaces on their first level along Kalakaua Avenue and relocating Kuhio Beach Grill restaurant to the second floor of the resort.

Mechanical Services Included:

Air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and fire sprinkler modifications for future tenant spaces on first level.
Kitchen exhaust ventilation and replace existing air conditioning and ventilation for the conversion of the existing ballroom into the Kuhio Beach Grill dining area.
