Mechanical Design Services Included:

Design of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Exhaust ventilation for utility rooms, restrooms and service areas as required.
Plumbing system design including:
- Domestic cold and hot water distribution, including hot water generation. Domestic hot water generation is by solar thermal collectors with electric heat pump backup.
- Sanitary waste and vent
- Storm and overflow drainage as required.
