He started his career as a project engineer in 1992 with Continental Mechanical of the Pacific, a mechanical contractor. In 1995, he began his design career with Lincolne Scott and Kohloss as a junior engineer. He was appointed to Vice President of Lincolne Scott in 2001, then to President of WSP Lincolne Scott in 2006. In 2011, he left WSP to start Inatsuka Engineering LLC. Since then, he has led Inatsuka Engineering to technical and commercial success, along with developing a reputation of customer service. Scott is dedicated to his clients, values their individual needs and specific requirements, and is committed to a successful project. He is involved in every aspect of projects, from concept design through construction administration.

Jeff possesses 29 years of experience as a multi-disciplined building services engineer with extensive knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design. In addition to design expertise, Jeff is dedicated to ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met, schedules and budgets remain intact and inter-discipline coordination runs smoothly.
