We are a growing, locally-owned mechanical and electrical engineering design practice whose primary focus is on providing clients the highest level of service. Since 2011, our company started as a two-man operation that has grown to a company of thirteen with six licensed engineers. We strive to offer practical, cost-effective, and innovative solutions that are customized to meet the needs of each project.
Our reputation has been built on the delivery of highly sustainable projects, moving beyond the traditional design responses, but always with our clients' needs as our highest priority.

Principal
Scott Inatsuka
Scott has over 31 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field. His career has encompassed a wide variety of projects from hospitality to healthcare, and construction cost amounts in upwards of $200M. He started his career as a project engineer in 1992 with Continental Mechanical of the Pacific, a mechanical contractor. In 1995, he began his design career with Lincolne Scott and Kohloss as a junior engineer. He was appointed to Vice President of Lincolne Scott in 2001, then to President of WSP Lincolne Scott in 2006. In 2011, he left WSP to start Inatsuka Engineering LLC. Since then, he has led Inatsuka Engineering to technical and commercial success, along with developing a reputation of customer service. Scott is dedicated to his clients, values their individual needs and specific requirements, and is committed to a successful project. He is involved in every aspect of projects, from concept design through construction administration.
Associate Principal
Jeffrey Paresa
Jeff possesses 29 years of experience as a multi-disciplined building services engineer with extensive knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design. His career portfolio includes a wide variety of projects ranging from hospitality to education facilities including a large number of sustainable projects. In addition to design expertise, Jeff is dedicated to ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met, schedules and budgets remain intact and inter-discipline coordination runs smoothly. Jeff is devoted to providing clients with quality innovative mechanical designs and service to achieve successful project completions.
Associate Principal
Albino Prieto
Albino possesses over 30 years of experience in the electrical engineering field. His experience includes design as well as 5 years in the electrical construction industry. He has been involved with various different projects ranging from residential and commercial buildings to healthcare, education and retail developments. Albino’s commitment to his clients and their needs are his highest priority and he strives to exceed their expectations upon each project’s successful completion.
