NAVFAC Hawaii renovated 17,000 sf of their Region Legal Services office at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam on the island of Oahu.

Mechanical and Electrical Design Services Included:

Modifications for existing air conditioning system to suit the new layout to include:
- Replace AHU-1 with new. New chilled water connections to AHU-3
- New variable air volume boxes.
Plumbing renovations for restrooms with modifications to include new plumbing fixtures and modify rough-in plumbing to suit.
Power modifications for electrical devices (receptacles, switches, wiring, lighting and telecom outlets), mechanical equipment modifications and utilities (conduit and raceways for security and IT devices/outlets and equipment).
