Project Description

Design and construction of a new 8,000 sf health center containing a dental clinic (10 operatories), vision center, WIC (Women, Infant, Children) serves and administration support to replace Buildings B, C, D and F.

Mechanical and Electrical Design Services Included:

Air conditioning and ventilation in conformance with ASHRAE 170.
Plumbing for domestic water, sanitary waste and vent and dental gases.
Fire sprinklers.
Power for receptacles and equipment.
Low-voltage infrastructure for telecom, security, access control, pager, public address and nurse call systems.
Building and site lighting and controls.
Fire alarm.
