Project Description

Island Palm Communities developed a new office/community center campus of 15,000 sf at Schofield Barracks on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The building is two-stories and includes offices for leasing and operations, as well as function areas for use by the community.

Mechanical and Electrical Design Services Included:

New air conditioning and ventilation system for the occupied spaces.
Exhaust ventilation systems for utility rooms, restrooms, service areas and kitchens.
Plumbing system design.
Electrical power distribution to receptacles and equipment.
Low voltage systems infrastructure.
Lighting design and controls.

Project Description

The Navy is currently renovating the community center at Camp Catlin at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor. The Community Center comprises of two (2) multi-function rooms for group events, leasing office and management office.

Mechanical and Electrical Design Services Included:

Modifications to the air conditioning system.
Plumbing system modifications including domestic water (cold and hot) distribution.
Lighting and controls.
Telecommunication system.

Hoopili Clubhouse

Project Description

A 4,000 sf Clubhouse is currently being built in the Hoopili residential community in Ewa on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The clubhouse comprises of a fitness center, pool, board room, lounge, Great room for events and barbeques. The Clubhouse also serves as the headquarters for Leasing and a separate retail Café.
