Project Description
Design and construct a 14,500 sf medical health clinic of tenant spaces at 915 North King Street on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The health center includes seven dental exam stations and eighteen exam and consultation rooms for consolidated services. There are also open work areas for nurses, practitioners, and support staff.
Mechanical Design Included:

New air conditioning and ventilation system utilizing a variable refrigerant (VR) system.

Exhaust ventilation systems for utility rooms, restrooms, service areas and kitchens.

Plumbing system design including dental utilities (air and vacuum).

Fire sprinkler design.

The largest challenge on this project was connecting the new building with the existing and relocating the existing utilities to avoid the new building.
